Delete Office Email Using Your iPhone

Delete email directly using iPhone or Android (to avoid Mailbox Full). Follow step by step below:-
Change email setting at ur PC. (Useless for Blackberry User or ur mailbox is big capacity)
Step
 Open ur email at PC
 Go To Tools
 Option
 Mail Setup
 Data Files
 Click as highlight Mailbox – ur name
 Set As Default
 Done!
U still can access email that already deleted via ur iPhone or Android Phone after come back to office.
Advantage? Mailbox never get ‘Your Mailbox Is Full’
