How To Make Full Restore/Update Your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch?
- Please backup your device using iTunes before do the restore/update.

- Connect your device to the Pc/Mac (make sure your internet active).
- Open iTunes at your Pc/Mac.
- For Mac users hold down the Option key, while Windows users should hold down the Shift key. Then click on the Update or Restore button, find folder where you saved the IPSW file you downloaded and click Choose.
- Then your device should now begin to update and reboot as new.
- Choose either restore the data you have backup on your iTunes or create as a new.
